Throughout the year, our Parent & Friends Association (PFA) hosts special events and fun food days, where students can enjoy a treat, a dance, a movie or parents can enjoy a day/night for just them. These activities help bring our community together while also fundraising for the school.

Movie Night: 11 September 2026
Movie Night under the stars! Get ready for a fun-filled night at school as the PFA brings the big screen to life!
Movie: The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants
When: Friday 11th September, from 6:00pm (movie starts at 6:30pm)
Tickets: $15 (+booking fee) per PMPS student
Settle in for an outdoor movie with your friends, family and favourite movie buddies, and enjoy some classic movie-night treats along the way.
🍿 Hot dogs, popcorn and drinks will be available to purchase on the night.
Bring along your friends, family and favourite movie buddies, rug up in your warmest clothes and get cosy with blankets, bean bags, pillows and anything else you need to get comfortable!
Whether you’re coming for the movie, the snacks, the laughs or simply to spend a night with our school community, we’d love to see you there!
Party Pie Day: 18 September 2026
Celebrate the last day of term with PMPS Party Pie Day! Kindly sponsored by Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses.
Students can enjoy delicious bakery-fresh party pies, delivered hot and ready to eat at lunchtime on Friday 18 September.

Trivia Night: 14 August 2026
Step back into the 90s for a fun-filled night of trivia, music, laughs and fundraising for our school community!
Grab your friends, pick your best 90s outfit and join us for an adults-only night featuring: 90s-themed trivia, best dressed prizes, music and throwback hits all night, games and fundraising activities, raffle prizes and plenty of laughs and nostalgia

Bastille Day croissants: 24 June 2026
To add to our Bastille Day celebrations of all things French on 24th June, croissants are available for purchase via Eventbrite. Croissants will be delivered to your child's class at lunchtime on the day. Order as many as you like!

Winter Solstice Disco: 12 June 2026
Bring your family and friends, rug up warm and let's celebrate the longest night of the year together. It’s the perfect way to connect, laugh, and enjoy a memorable winter evening!
Lantern walk at 5:30pm - BYO lanterns
Winter Disco Ticket Price: $16.16 -
Session one: 6-7pm for the Community, Preps, Grades 1-2
Session two: 7.15-8.15pm for Grades 3-6.
The PFA stall sold a range of glowing fun to make the disco even brighter.
Mothers Day Lunch: 8 May 2026
This wonderful event brings the mums and carers of our school community together to celebrate each other, strengthen connections, and support the school through fundraising.
Date: Friday 8th May, Time: 12-8pm, Location: Greenfields Albert Park, Ticket price: $99.65 (including booking fee)

Hot Cross Bun Day: 1 April 2026
Celebrate our scrumptious Hot Cross Bun Day on Wednesday 1 April – "One Bun Is Never Enough!"
You can order hot cross buns to enjoy during the school day, or to take home.

Colour Run: 27 February 2026
Our Colour Run / Welcome Picnic is an afternoon of fun, colour, and catch-ups (for kids and adults)! You can bring your own picnic or grab a sausage from the sausage sizzle, then sit back and relax as the kids run through rainbows of colourful powder.
